intaj · AI Readiness
For manufacturers in Jordan and the region

Where does your factory stand on AI, and what should you do first?

An adviser-led assessment that checks whether your strategy, data, machines, people and governance can turn AI into results on the shop floor and in the market. You get a level, the gaps that hold you back, and a practical plan.

Why it matters

Most factories don't lack AI tools. They lack the foundations to make them pay.

Pilots stall when the data is in five spreadsheets, nobody owns the decision, and the people on the line were never asked. The assessment looks at the whole chain from business goal to measurable result, so you invest where it moves the needle.

Cost & quality

Less scrap, fewer stoppages

Predictive maintenance, visual inspection and energy optimisation only work when machine and quality data can be trusted. We check that first.

Market access

Meet what buyers now ask for

EU and Gulf buyers increasingly request traceability, carbon and quality data. The tool tests whether you can supply it, and where AI helps in sales and marketing.

People

Bring the workforce with you

Readiness is assessed separately for frontline workers, technical staff, digital roles and managers, including how changes affect women and men.

How it works

An assessment built on evidence, not self-reporting

An intaj adviser scores each question against written descriptions of levels 1, 3 and 5, and records how sure the evidence is. Strong claims count only when they are seen working across the site.

Step 1

Rate

Each question scored 0–5 against written level descriptions.

Step 2

Check evidence

Seen working, in records, policy only, or interview only. Each caps the rating.

Step 3

Check coverage

A 4 or 5 needs the practice to hold across the site, not one line.

Step 4

Apply gates

A critical weakness caps the overall level, however strong the average.

Step 5

Report

Level, four readiness views, use-case fit and priority actions.

What counts as evidence

The maximum rating each type of evidence can support.

Industry 5.0, built in

The tool treats Industry 5.0 as human-centric, sustainable and resilient production, not more automation. Worker voice, safety and human oversight of AI, fairness checks where AI monitors or rates workers, energy and waste, and supply resilience are all scored. Headcount of women and men by workforce group is recorded so effects can be tracked.

What you receive

10-minute self-check

Get an indicative picture before the assessment

One question per area. Pick the number closest to your situation: 1, 3 and 5 are described; 2 and 4 mean in between. Nothing you enter leaves your browser. The result is indicative and capped at Level 3, because higher levels can only be confirmed with evidence on site.

The form opens with example answers.
